I have created User:Red link example for use in documentation and testing.

DR close request
Could an admin take a look at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Fuengirola - Monumento Juan Gómez González, 'Juanito' 2.jpg and determine whether it can be closed? No additional comments have been made more than a month, and I don't think that there's going to be a sudden increase in comments if the DR continues to remain open. I'm not advocating in favor of a particular close; just asking that it be assessed and then closed as the administrator sees fit. -- Marchjuly (talk) 02:24, 14 November 2024 (UTC)

Edit war
Some anonymous contributor thinks that "Militsiya" (Russian police before the 2011 reforms) cars are not police cars despite 2 other saying him they are.

File:Samantha Harvey.jpg is protected as it's currently appearing on Enwiki's Main Page (and possibly elsewhere; its subject just won the Booker Prize). Its source is File:R7A9667-2.jpg which has a CC-BY-SA-4.0 license but File:Samantha Harvey.jpg is offered under CC-0 which cannot be the case since the uploader there is not the copyright holder on the source image.
